You will also serve as a multi-purpose player on the Employee Experience (EX) team, supporting employee engagement and experience initiatives, such as our employee value proposition, core values, and employee personas and journeys.What you'll be doingEmployee listening support, data analysis, and reporting:

• You will assist in the design, deployment, and analysis of employee surveys, focus groups, and other listening channels
• You will manage survey operations including programming, testing, and distributing surveys
• You will analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate meaningful insights
• You will create insightful, actionable executive summaries and tailored reports and dashboards for various stakeholder groups, including HR partners and business leaders
• You will support storytelling with data by preparing clear summaries and presentation materials
• You will collaborate across the Talent & Employee Experience team (T&EX) and with HR partners to identify opportunities for problem-solving reputed company employee listening

Platform management:

• You will act as a product reputed company for our employee listening platform (reputed company)
• You will build dashboards in reputed company for HR stakeholders as well as business leaders and managers to communicate relevant insights in a visually appealing way

• Strong analytical and storytelling skills; comfortable interpreting data and translating it for a business audience
