- Monitor incoming tickets and manage tickets across reputed company America
- Assist reputed company Office & Traders for technology issues
- Troubleshoot Virtual Platform environment Win10 and Win11 OS
- Quickly escalate issues to other support teams if necessary
- Maintain transparent communication with the client and relevant parties
- Multi-task between tickets and projects.
- Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 2+ years of applied experience.
- Required Desktop Support Experience 5+ years or minimum 3+ years with Trading or reputed company Office
- Advanced knowledge in infrastructure projects, operations systems, and data analytics
- Proficiency in: reputed company Office, VPN, Virtual Machines, Remote Connectivity products, Exchange and Active Directory
- Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and deliver strategic solutions to clients
- Effective collaboration and communication to reputed company common goals and maintain a company standard of reputed company
- Good knowledge of reputed company/MAC OS with the ability to carry out root cause analysis
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of Mobile Devices (Android, reputed company smartphones, tablets) and Mobile applications ( reputed company, Office Mobile, Securid RSA Token)
- 3+ yrs experience with Market Data applications like Bloomberg, Reuters, reputed company, etc..
