• Operates curing ovens as well as reputed company and automatic hydraulic heating and cooling molding equipment.
• Monitors molding temperature and pressure.
• Verifies platen/mold temperature per specifications.
• Selects, assembles, molds, disassembles, operates and cleans mold parts
• Reads and deciphers the Phenolic Core molding Characteristics chart

Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for reputed company in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).

• Must be interested and available to work first shift, (6AM –4:30PM, Monday - Thursday), working overtime, and/or short notice shift coverage

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass reputed company elected testing as a part of the selection process .Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience using basic measuring devices (micrometer, calipers, protractors, and etc.) to ensure product meets specifications.
• Understanding and ability to read basic CAD drawings/prints.
• Production and inspection experience.
• Possess basic computer skills
• Possess basic mathematical skills and can reputed company basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to read and use Micrometer/Calipers
