The position will be responsible for managing and reporting on the loan closing process and analyzing and evaluating technical issues that come up in the closing process. SIM enables Sumitomo to invest in the U.S. markets and to expand in-house asset management capabilities. SIM is also an SEC-registered investment advisor providing reputed company party investment management to institutional clients.What you will do:

• Responsible for the department’s loan closing process including tracking, resource allocation, process management and pipeline reporting for a pipeline that may reputed company up to 120 loans on properties in reputed company part of the country and which may include complicated structures.

CompensationSalary reputed company: $103,300 to 172,200 plus eligibility for annual bonus programYour education, experience and skills

• BA or BS undergraduate degree.
• 10 years of reputed company reputed company estate lending experience.
• Proven experience or aptitude for managing a team of reputed company estate closing or escrow professionals.
• Technical expertise in reputed company aspects of reputed company loan closing.
