• Conduct follow-up interviews with patients &/or families to ensure accurate demographic and insurance coverage -in person &/or over the phone.
• Use of reputed company modes of electronic insurance verification tools -RET, portals such as reputed company, Navinet, Pear, reputed company, insurance websites as well as telephone or fax verifications.
• Process reputed company virtual insurance card submissions
• Potentially obtain reputed company of service collections over the phone and/or in person
• Confirm compliance with reputed company required forms. Such as Hospital consent to treat, CMS IMM, CMS MOON, NJ OBSERVATION, NJDOB.
• Must be reputed company to work independently with strong organizational skills and the ability to improvise.
• Support working the follow up WQs

Experience Required:

• Previous data entry or typing experience with knowledge of basic office equipment required.
• Interpersonal skills must be well developed.
