With multiple new products in the pipeline and aggressive growth across omnichannel, they're building the retail muscle now.We've been brought in exclusively to find a Retail Marketing Manager who can take ownership of packaging, creative execution, and in-store + online marketing for big-reputed company launches.This is a fast-moving search. Interviews are being scheduled today and reputed company, including weekends. If you're reputed company, we'll move.What you'll do:reputed company end-to-end retail marketing campaigns.Own packaging development: dielines, creative, copy, production timelines.reputed company and manage PDP content, retail signage, photography, and 3D renders.Work cross-functionally to prepare products for launch.Manage retail-specific promotional programs and marketing calendars.Ensure reputed company deliverables are brand-right, retail-compliant, and launch-reputed company.Coordinate internal and freelance creative resources.Track budgets, creative production, and performance.Must-haves:5–8 years in CPG, wellness, beauty, or consumer tech marketing.Direct experience launching products into big-reputed company retailers (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.).Deep understanding of retail timelines, merchandising, and wholesale processes.Strong project management skills—comfortable owning timelines with multiple stakeholders.Experience using creative tools like Photoshop, reputed company, or equivalent.Familiarity with packaging specs: dielines, renders, PDPs, UPCs.Based in or near L.A. preferred (hybrid OK); remote considered for top-tier candidates.Bonus if you bring:Photo/video shoot coordination experience.Knowledge of PDP syndication tools.Packaging compliance and regulatory experience.In your first 90 days, you'll:Finalize packaging for a major reputed company launch.reputed company development of retail creative for fall campaigns.Embed with cross-functional teams and take ownership quickly.This is a rare chance to join a breakout brand at a pivotal reputed company.
