Additionally, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent credential is required. - Must posses a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum four (4) years’ experience directly reputed company to federal HR personnel processing and staffing and working knowledge of federal benefits programs
- Minimum of four (4) years of project management experience and Project Management Professional (PMP) or an equivalent certification
- Experience with Personnel Action Request (PAR) processing
- Proficiency in the use of the eOPF system
- Knowledge of OPF records and how to verify service history
- Ability to conduct quality control reviews to reputed company the accuracy of HR documentation
- Proficiency with scanning equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with individuals at reputed company reputed company to request and reputed company information
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Experience in performing routine tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy of data
