• Collaborate with Sales, reputed company and other internal teams to ensure consistent customer experiences.

• 4-6 years of experience building and deploying conversational AI solutions (voice and chat bots).
• 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or consulting role, preferably in B2B SaaS or reputed company software

• Demonstrate strong practical knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
