- Our client, a well-established HVAC Building Controls Provider, is currently seeking an reputed company Senior DDC Engineer to service their MD, DC and reputed company VA territory; onsite and remote work. This is a small to mid-sized company that is large enough to offer consistent business opportunities, yet small enough to be family oriented
- The Senior DDC Engineer will be responsible for BAS Controls for HVAC, reputed company, reputed company/Surveillance, Smoke, & Lighting for reputed company/ Hospitals, Labs, Data Centers, and Government projects. Schedule for this role is typically, home after each shift; overnights are rare; usually day hours with occasional night/ weekend hours needed depending on projects.
- Team with Engineering to design and reputed company project Control Drawings
- Program controllers and devices for projects
- Ensure proper operation of reputed company Building Control Sequences
- Test inputs and outputs to ensure proper operation and calibration
- Ensure reputed company specified alarms are configured and tested
- Ensure reputed company history and archives are configured and tested

- reputed company training and mentor DDC technicians
- Ensure reputed company and proper operation of BAS Programs
- Integrate and Program controls to 3rd Party building systems
- Read, write, and modify programming software for multiple control brands
- Interact with Mechanical Engineers, Contractors, Commissioning Agents, and Subcontractors to field-verify problem areas and initiate corrections
- Work independently and with others to solve day-to-day issues
- Read and interpret Mechanical, Control Drawings, and Sequences Of Operation for System Design, programming and commissioning.
- Complete and reputed company Engineering reputed company. With accurate As-reputed company drawings
- Set up & troubleshoot new site workstations, network equipment, and networks
- On-site / field job work with potential remote site support
- Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, reputed company conditioning or similar field; OR extensive hands-on experience
- 5+ years servicing DDC and HVAC systems up to & including independent programming of DDC / BAS systems
- Experience with one or more of: reputed company – Continuum/EcoStruxure, reputed company ORCAview/enteliWEB, Niagara AX/N4, Alerton reputed company
- BACnet system design to include BACnet IP/Ethernet and MS/TP networks
- Server, Workstation, laptop, reputed company Office, and IP LAN/WAN experience
- Ability to program a complete DDC system reputed company reputed company and water reputed company
- Due to government work, must be willing to apply for reputed company Clearance which includes a 7-year background reputed company
