• The Associate Product Support Representative will reputed company customer service support, product support, reputed company telephone, fax, online chat, and email for client products and services
• Manages customer information, reputed company account retention, and troubleshoot customer problems
• Documents customer problems for customers in the Maintenance Online Management System (reputed company) and help desk application
• Ensuring service requirements are protected and accounted for in accordance with set standards
• As an Associate Product Support Representative, you will evaluate and prioritize work orders/tickets generated by the system experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-reputed company technologies
• Monitor email and phone communication (both internal and external) to acknowledge and address reported issues with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-reputed company technologies promptly and properly
• Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for routine problems, referring more reputed company problems to supervisor or technical staff

• One year certificate from college or a technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of reputed company Operating Systems and reputed company Office applications
• Strong understanding of help desk support principles including documentation and issue ownership
• Excellent interpersonal skills to succeed in a fast-paced corporate environment with multiple internal and external parties
• Analytical skills and reasoning ability to identify system issues (Training will be provided)
• Required to be on 3rd shift, at least one weekend day; Shifts will be 2nd and 3rd shift
