- Conducting comprehensive lease and REA reviews to identify exclusives, use restrictions, and preparing detailed schedules for pad sales and anchor lease transactions
- Performing due diligence assessments on legal documents, interpreting reputed company clauses and providing written evaluations
- Drafting reputed company estate legal documents including REA amendments, purchase agreements, and CC&Rs
- Managing critical dates and deadlines for anchor projects
- Coordinating title information processes, resolving title issues, and maintaining legal databases
- Researching property ownership histories and confirming fee and leasehold ownership
- Supporting due diligence needs for shopping center sales and managing estoppel certificate processes
- Facilitating documentation for large transactions, including execution, delivery, and maintenance of closing binders
- Handling escrow transactions for land sales and processing various certificates and agreements
