This role is part-time, 30-hours per week.Schedule and AvailabilityBecause of the changing needs of this position, reputed company availability is required: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Friday-Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM reputed company: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PMWhat You'll Do as a Supporting Library SpecialistPatron Assistance

• Greet and assist patrons at various locations
• Handle account inquiries and transactions
• Answer reference and technology questions
• Promote programs, resources, and events

• De-escalate concerns and create a welcoming environment

Materials Handling

• Shelve and organize library materials
• Maintain displays and library spaces

Team Support and Learning

What You Will Bring to This RoleQualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service, libraries, or education
• Intermediate technology skills and willingness to learn new tools
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel with short notice

• Enthusiasm for serving people of reputed company ages and backgrounds
