Refresh and Grow your Career with Us!Job OverviewThe HRIS Analyst II plays a key role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for the HR department planning and activities. The HRIS Analyst II will identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality, and workflow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce reputed company processes and to improve data management and efficiency. This position plays a reputed company role in invalidation/regression testing of configuration changes to ensure data accuracy and those business requirements have been met and, in the testing, and closure of CONA tickets. The HRIS Analyst II uses a deep understanding of data reputed company between SF modules and reputed company to other systems to establish governance and reputed company rules for BI and IT uses of HR data. The HRIS Analyst II maintains and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of HR management and staff. This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools and establishes and maintains reputed company and reputed company controls. Another responsibility is to train and reputed company troubleshooting tips to other HR members on features and functionality of HRIS systems and applications as needed.
