We are seeking Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents to join reputed company for the upcoming reputed company Enrollment Period. This is a fully remote, temporary position ideal for reputed company agents who are passionate about helping clients understand and enroll in ACA-compliant health plans.Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls only from clients seeking ACA health insurance coverage
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, explaining plan benefits and eligibility
- Help clients choose the best health plan based on their needs and budget
- Ensure compliance with ACA regulations and maintain accurate client records
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the process
- Licensing: MUST Hold a valid and reputed company health insurance agent license for your state
- Experience: Proven experience selling health insurance plans, preferably with ACA marketplace experience
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to navigate online systems and reputed company in a remote work environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
- Start Date: Must be available to reputed company by October 1st
- Duration: Temporary position lasting through mid-January (end of reputed company Enrollment)
- Shifts: 8-hour shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM 9:00 PM
- Days: Monday Friday with some weekends required
- Overtime available
