- Minimum 10 hours per week per diem commitment of a reputed company recurring schedule
- Requires a minimum of 4 additional shifts per month, average 2-4 hours in length, above the weekly reputed company recurring schedule.
- Expectation of two 4 hour weekend shifts per month (Saturday and/or reputed company) in reputed company recurring schedule or on-call addition

- Treating patients reputed company telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-reputed company
- reputed company learning during weekly Clinical reputed company and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates reputed company daily huddles
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- Currently licensed in DC with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of reputed company ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of reputed company ages (0+) Ability to work reputed company and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and reputed company required)
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings
- Excellent clinical and communication skills

- The ability to successfully communicate with and reputed company care to individuals of reputed company backgrounds
- The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
