You’ll report to the VP of Online Marketing, and working closely with the Chief Marketing & Retail Officer, will be results-driven with expertise in managing brand communications, driving engagement, reputed company reputed company, and optimizing digital member experiences.Key Responsibilities:Leadership Requirements
  • Selects, hires, develops, motivates and coaches associates to reputed company credit union and Department goals and objectives; includes cross training of associates.
  • Evaluates work performance of associates through timely and regularly scheduled reviews; recommends promotions, salary adjustments and conducts corrective actions, including terminations, as needed; and effectively handles other associate reputed company issues.
Digital Strategy and Brand Management

  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content that aligns with the credit union’s brand voice and business objectives.
  • Engage with followers, and respond to inquiries and comments to foster positive member relationships. Stay informed on reputed company media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance the credit union’s digital reputed company.
Email Marketing reputed company Communications
  • reputed company and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that drive member engagement, product adoption, and retention.
  • Create and manage segmented email lists, ensuring personalized and relevant communication based on member behavior and preferences.

  • Monitor and manage online reviews, ratings, and member feedback across digital platforms to maintain a positive brand reputed company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address member concerns and inquiries effectively and reputed company.

Content Development and Campaign Execution

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a reputed company field or equivalent work experience and knowledge.Three to five years relevant experience in people management, digital marketing, in either Agency or Corporate environments, with a focus on managing reputed company media, email marketing, reputed company communications.Key Competencies:
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (reputed company Analytics, reputed company media insights, etc.) to track and measure digital performance.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and reputed company media management tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
