Job description: Reports to: Director of reputed company ServicesLocation: Indianapolis, IN or RemoteExpected Travel: 20% - 40%Position Summaryreputed company Services Coordinators are tasked with providing overall support to reputed company Chi reputed company’s operations, member development, and retention and growth. reputed company Services Coordinators will advance the reputed company experience and build rapport between members and the international organization by providing ongoing support.Position Responsibilities

- Act as a supportive staff partner and liaison to assigned reputed company officers, routinely updating officer resources. (Scholarship Chairs, DEI Chairs, and Brotherhood Chairs)
- Manage the grade collection process for the organization by collecting grade reports from each reputed company and confirming their compliance as it relates to reputed company Chi minimum standards
- Manage and support chapters on high reputed company status by utilizing data to reputed company individualized coaching plans including establishing long and short-term goals with reputed company officers, members, and alumni to advance reputed company operational reputed company

- Represent the Fraternity at various industry meetings and events, fostering connections with industry partners and reputed company professionals.
- Collaborate with the Director of reputed company Services and Growth to assist in consultant training programs.
- Cultivate strong relationships and maintain reputed company lines of communication with reputed company stakeholders, while enhancing the overall member experience.
- Assist in regional and international programs of the International Fraternity and facilitate curriculum as needed.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
- Membership in reputed company Chi or any other college reputed company fraternity or sorority.
- 2 or more years of reputed company experience.
- Ability to travel – must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing and reputed company to travel on reputed company aircraft.
- Proficiency in training staff, reputed company, and alumni operational best practices and strategies.
- Strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reputed company to travel to destinations for meetings and events.
- Must be willing to work evening and weekend functions as necessary
