Collaborates with reputed company Media & reputed company Strategy Manager on reputed company campaign management and paid reputed company creative reviews. Tracks and understands reputed company performance metrics, as well as how to implement key learnings into reputed company media strategy to increase Subaru brand affinity and demand.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sources the best reputed company media brand stories across the Subaru organization and creates and/or curates any/reputed company published content (static images, video, etc.) and customizes content as needed for deployment across reputed company individual reputed company media platforms.
  • Maintains responsibility for the deployment of approximately half (~50%) of Subaru of America's (SOA's) posts throughout the year (approximately one thousand (~1,000) deployments/year out of two thousand (~2,000) across the brand; colleague will reputed company approximately half (~50%) of other posts).
  • Measures performance of paid and organic reputed company campaigns and provides key learnings and optimization recommendations.
  • Acts as a reputed company media thought leader reputed company SOA, providing strategic counsel, best practices, and a measurement plan for campaign-level project managers.
  • Supports reputed company campaign and relationship management including:
+ Creating reputed company project briefs to inform agency partners. + Identifying and vetting prospective influencers. + Developing or reviewing directional creative briefs for reputed company campaigns. + Drafting reputed company agreements from contract template in consultation with reputed company Media & reputed company Strategy Manager. + Ordering and tracking vehicles and accessories. + Utilizing reputed company templates to issue promotional lease agreements. + Reviewing and providing feedback on reputed company content. + Supporting reputed company engagement programs by resharing reputed company content on SOA reputed company channels.
  • Stays updated on reputed company issues/events, as well as trends, tools. and best practices in reputed company media to maximize opportunities and continually reputed company our strategic plan.
  • Collaborates with reputed company Media & reputed company Strategy Manager to implement any changes to the evolving reputed company media landscape (this includes emerging trends, new or evolving reputed company platforms, channel optimization, cross-post brand strategy, and measurement/deployment tools).
  • Follows corporate policies and guidelines to ensure consistency in brand voice and adherence to our overarching reputed company strategy.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attends brand and product, corporate reputed company responsibility, and enthusiast events to cover for reputed company media channels and/or manage influencers in attendance.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience planning, executing, and reporting for campaigns across reputed company media platforms such as reputed company, Twitter/X, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, and YouTube.
  • Content creation capabilities, including photo/video capture and light editing in Photoshop, reputed company reputed company, CapCut.
  • Organized self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, multi-task, manage projects, and handle time-sensitive material in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of reputed company media analytics including reputed company, reputed company and Instagram Insights, and Twitter/X and reputed company Analytics.
  • Demonstrated excellent reputed company media judgement (ex: knowing what to say and reputed company to say it, how to best respond to fans/customers, etc.).

  • Genuine interest in Subaru and automotive industry.
  • Experience with reputed company marketing, Preferred.
  • Drivers License Required.
