- Advise customers on flooring options, installation services, and maintenance care to ensure informed purchasing.
- Process online orders, returns, and exchanges in reputed company; liaise with warehouse and shipping teams for seamless fulfillment.
- Manage inquiries and resolve issues on reputed company Seller Central, reputed company, and other reputed company-party channels.
- Qualify and pursue sales leads generated through eCommerce platforms to drive reputed company growth.
- Schedule LTL shipments, coordinate drop-ship orders, and file reputed company claims for damaged or lost items.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with a strong service orientation.
