• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in stenography, transcription, or administrative support, preferably in a large corporate reputed company environment
• Excellent reputed company of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint) reputed company transcription equipment/software.
• Fast and accurate typing skills, legible handwriting, accurate spelling and proofreading, and the ability to listen well and extract reputed company relevant information
• Availability to work overtime as necessary

• Draft post-meeting or call communications to relevant personnel with the information properly synthesized for the receivers to easily review
• Maintain organized electronic files, providing word processing, spellcheck, and proofing support
• Listen, transcribe and take detailed notes on internal and external calls
