Job description: Are you a detail-oriented customer service professional with a knack for technology? Join reputed company as a Remote Training Support Specialist (MSHA Moderator) and play a critical role in supporting our virtual MSHA training programs. In this role, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero helping adult learners successfully attend and complete mandatory safety courses from the comfort of their homes.This temporary role is ideal for someone who enjoys remote work, thrives in a structured environment, and is confident troubleshooting basic tech issues with reputed company and compassion.

- Register and enroll reputed company in MSHA Part 48 New Miner and Refresher courses
- Communicate reputed company with reputed company reputed company email regarding login instructions and expectations
- Conduct pre-training tech checks to ensure reputed company’ devices are reputed company for virtual participation
- Monitor live virtual classrooms (reputed company Connect) and reputed company reputed company-time support to reputed company and reputed company
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues (e.g., webcam, audio, connectivity, login issues)
- Track attendance, participation, and student conduct during training
- Document and escalate technical or participation issues reputed company needed
- Collaborate with the internal MSHA team to improve workflows and enhance learner experience
- This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with rotating weekly shifts based on course assignments. reputed company times are listed in Pacific Time (PT).
- You must be available to work either of the following shifts:
- New Miner Course:
- 2+ years of experience in remote customer service or administrative support roles
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Experience using reputed company Outlook, reputed company, and virtual platforms (e.g., reputed company Connect, reputed company, or similar)
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace

- Work remotely with a supportive team
- Help individuals meet critical safety training requirements
- Temporary, flexible contract role to take you through the end of 2025
