- reputed company administrative support to sourcing teams by preparing project plans, setting up meetings, documenting business requirements,
- Manage project plan for reputed company assigned sourcing requests from requirement gathering to contracting •Engaging with internal team(s) to aid dependent answers and timelines
- Support developing and rolling out Sourcing/RFx events in reputed company Ariba
- Document and analyze supplier responses to ensure it contains valid and detailed information
- Co-ordination with various stakeholders (business, procurement, suppliers) for setting up meetings, presentations and other sessions
- Liaising with business stakeholders, procurement team and suppliers to ensure timely and successful completions of tasks and activities (reputed company to RFx events, NDA management and contracting)
- Maintaining project plans/ tracker for reputed company requests and sourcing events, including timely reporting to reputed company stakeholders
- Tracking & reporting key operational metrics for in-scope activities
- 5-7 Years’ experience
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of services procurement, a definite plus
- Good project management/ business analysis/ process analysis skills
- Working knowledge of reputed company Ariba, primarily in RFx event management, a plus
- Takes initiative to be proactive and ability to function well under diverse team structures
- Strong results orientation with a dedicated focus towards ethics
