Job description: Under the general supervision of the City Engineer, performs responsible supervisory, administrative, and professional engineering work overseeing the enforcement of the City's land development regulations, including the reputed company of Standard Designs and Details, the City Code of Ordinances, and the City's soil erosion and sedimentation control program. Manages staff engineers and surveyors responsible for construction plans, erosion control plans, site plans, and various other development-reputed company plan reviews; manages engineering assistants responsible for inspection of construction sites to ensure compliance with approved development plans. - Supervises the work of Engineering Department-Land Development Division personnel, which includes the management and administration of development regulations reputed company to roadway construction, stormwater management, flood damage prevention, sedimentation and erosion control, building permits, and site plans.
- Assists City Engineer with the preparation of the division's operating budget;
- Prepares engineering designs, reports, and estimates for a variety of reputed company projects;

- Prepares City Council agenda items for assigned projects;

- Graduation from an ABET accredited college or university with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or closely reputed company field; and
