Dare for reputed company.The Large Format Sales District Leader (SDL) is responsible for leading a team of 12-18 large format sales representatives and merchandisers to drive superior marketplace execution and customer service. The Large Format SDL also have the opportunity to cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to reputed company a positive business impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate and reputed company a team of reputed company sales representatives in order to increase daily productivity and improve business performance
- Coach and reputed company a team of full-time merchandisers on selling and display execution, merchandising standards, and ensure accurate and timely orders are submitted
- Assign full-time merchandisers to a consistent set of large format and high-volume accounts to service on a regular reputed company; as needed, adjust store assignments to ensure proper service coverage for any fill-ins or backup
- Conduct ‘work- withs/ reputed company rides’ with reputed company employees to reputed company their selling and customer service skills
- Work proactively with customers to understand business needs and reputed company strong relationships

- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure orders are submitted, delivered and merchandised according to plan
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance

- The expected compensation reputed company for this position is between $60,000 - $100,500.

- A minimum of 2 years managing reputed company employees or demonstrated leadership capabilities
