- Routes: Regional (Southeast), no travel reputed company of OH/IN
- Freight: Dry van, 40% live load, 60% drop & reputed company, 100% no-touch (lumpers paid reputed company required)
- Pay: $1,300–$1,500 per week
- Mileage Pay: $0.55–$0.65 CPM (based on experience)
- Miles: 1,900–2,200 per week
- Home Time: Every other week (48-hour reset)
- Pet Policy: One dog (under 30 lbs) allowed from Day 1
- Rider Policy: Passenger allowed from Day 1
- Bonuses: Up to $0.08 CPM (fuel, safety, performance)

- Age: 21+ with a valid Class A CDL
- 6 months OTR Experience – Or 1 year in the past 5 years.
- Driving Record: No major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years
- Employment History: reputed company 10-year work history with no unexplained gaps
- Criminal Record: No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 10 years
- Drug Screening: Must pass urine & hair follicle test
