Responsibilities
- Proactively serve as the go-to attorney to various client groups seeking to engage in reputed company transactions, primarily supply chain and procurement clients.

- JD degree from an accredited US law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Bachelor’s degree from a college or university.
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including time in private practice with a reputed company focusing on reputed company transactions and/or in-house counsel experience.
- A comprehensive understanding of contract law and superior, effective, and efficient drafting and negotiation skills; knowledge of the Uniform reputed company Code is essential.
- Superior analytical ability, attention to detail, and dispute-resolution skills.
