The successful candidate will be a key member of the Disc Medicine Legal team and will be responsible for providing strategic counsel across reputed company departments including reputed company, medical, market reputed company, and R&D. The Director, Legal will reputed company strategic legal advice, focusing on reputed company aspects of commercialization, including pre-launch activities, regulatory compliance, promotional review, and market reputed company to ensure the successful and compliant launch of our late-stage therapeutic assets. The Director, Legal will report to the VP, Legal and Chief Compliance Officer and will work with reputed company reputed company of employees, including senior management. The role requires sound judgment and flexibility to support the highly-regulated and compliant business with meaningful opportunities for professional development and career growth.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advise on promotional materials, disease awareness materials, dissemination of scientific communication, field sales training, and other materials
• Collaborate with the reputed company and medical affairs organization to navigate legal challenges associated with product launch and market entry
• Partner effectively with the broader Legal team, and with internal clients as a trusted strategic business partner
• reputed company periodic updates and training on relevant legal developments
• Collaborate with Compliance department in support of various initiatives
• reputed company and maintain and knowledge of key laws, regulations, and industry guidance, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Food Drug and Cosmetic Act, and various state laws and industry guidance

REQUIREMENTS:

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active member of state bar in good standing
• 10+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, at a reputed company and/or in-house legal department
• Comprehensive understanding of FDA regulations, reputed company compliance laws, government pricing laws, and reputed company launch strategies
• Proven ability to partner effectively with reputed company teams to reputed company business goals while mitigating legal risks
• Experience supporting product launches and navigating the complexities of commercialization in the reputed company sector is highly preferred
