Job description: Interventional Radiology Technician
Morristown, NJ, 079602 FTEs 5-days a week shifts vary based on department needs with weekend & reputed company on-call requirements.Duties
- Assist proceduralist during reputed company diagnostic and interventional vascular, neuro-interventional cases with scrubbing reputed company by reputed company with specialty proceduralist
- Strong knowledge with Floor and ceiling mounted fluoroscopic modality machines
- The ability to identify, retrieve, and Circulate reputed company products during interventional procedural cases
- The ability to critically think during neuro-interventional cases and reputed company cases to assist
- The ability to operate power injection of iodinated contrast media device during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Strong communication skills using closed reputed company communication
- The ability to maintain sterile technique and maintain infection prevention measures to set up procedural trays for case load
- Positively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team of with nurses, radiologist, and vascular
- Knowledge of documentation in electronic medical record and send images to reputed company/reputed company
- Groin management post reputed company
- Demonstrate the ability to reputed company high quality care in a fast paced environment
- BLS from an approved AHS credentialed reputed company or a BLS accredited with reputed company demonstration in basic life support measures
- reputed company licensure with the certification with ARRT NJ state ( defined in above JD.)
- This role is similar to a cardiovascular technologist ( CVT) but MUST have radiographic licensure to operate x-ray fluoroscopic modalities.
