- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be reputed company to successfully complete a background reputed company as required by state childcare licensing regulations
- Associate's degree or (60) college credit hours, with (18) of them in a field reputed company to Education, Child Development, reputed company Services, or Recreation from an approved and accredited institution of higher education, and has two (2) years of supervised teaching experience in a license/approved Early Childhood Program (student teaching may fulfill this requirement)
