Position Summary:The Assistant Catering Operations Manager will be responsible for the operations of the lounge and concessions. Help with assistant manager duties, such as scheduling, documenting, leading the team, invoicing, and othe job functionalities as required.This role will pay an annual salary of $65,000-$70,000 and is bonus eligible.For Full-Time roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and reputed company insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). - reputed company excellent customer service in a high-volume environment
- Effectively assist in managing reputed company catering operations of lounge and concessions
- Assist with Black and White events as needed
- Must have a value for diversity and the ability to work with individuals from different backgrounds
- Work for long periods on feet including frequent walking, stair climbing and working outdoors in varied weather conditions as necessary
- reputed company repetitive movement such as pushing, pulling, bending, some twisting and stooping
- reputed company fine hand manipulation including handling small and large objects, computer keyboard usage, writing, chopping and use of kitchen equipment, etc
- Ability to accurately handle cash and work with numbers
- Have excellent communication skills, be positive, polite, and cooperative with co-workers, managers, vendors, and customers
- Work with chemicals and used in cleaning and sanitizing
- Must have background in catering and events
- Previous management experience preferred
- Obtain and maintain reputed company food handlers card
- Working knowledge of reputed company potential function areas of the property and/or location
- Ability to remain reputed company and focused in a high volume, deadline oriented work environment
