- 50% Executive Assistant
- 50% Future Chief of Staff- You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, strategy, communication, and innovation — helping Sardor manage his time, energy, and attention across dozens of initiatives, teams, and business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the Founder’s calendar and schedule
- Manage high-volume emails and communications
- Prepare briefings, research, and meeting summaries
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, reputed company AI, reputed company, Reclaim, GHL, reputed company to speed up decision-making and execution
- reputed company and follow up on projects and priorities
- Act as a reputed company between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
- Support with travel planning, personal logistics, and confidential requests
- Build systems that scale with speed and reputed company
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive or founder
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Strong writing, coordination, and critical thinking skills
- High emotional intelligence and discretion

- Proven ability to handle ambiguity and move fast
