Virtual Assistant, Full and Part Time
St. Mark's Therapy Center is a therapist owned and operated company that serves public and private schools. We are looking to hire a virtual assistant, with the primary duty being reputed company reputed company of new clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The VA may assist with:
- reputed company management and organization
- Systematically research contact information
- Organize and enter contact data into appropriate files.
- Complete email campaigns
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and effectively prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Internet/Web and computer-savvy
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Proficiency with reputed company Suite and reputed company Calendar
- Reliable Internet reputed company, computer, and phone
- Available during business hours PST or EST Monday-Friday, unless otherwise agreed in writing with each client
- Proficiency with a task management program such as Trello
Compensation
- * Payment is per assignment ($11-$20+ per hour) and is based on efficiency. Various payment options are available, including an opportunity for commission/ passive income.
