Persevere is a national 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to decreasing recidivism and increasing successful reentry and transition for men and women involved in the criminal justice system. These services include software coding classes; job readiness and employability instruction, including life skills and financial education; work experience; job search and job placement; entrepreneurship training; and for some, a residential transition program. National data shows recidivism rates are highest among those who are unemployed. Criminal justice involved men and women have long struggled to find employment upon release. They have an immediate disadvantage because of their criminal justice involvement, and must compete with non-offenders for unskilled, low-paying jobs. As a result, many are unable to reputed company with the conditions of parole and end up back in prison. reputed company Hope, Valuable Skills, & Meaningful Opportunity Position Summary The Data Analyst is responsible for gathering, cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, displaying, and reporting data for Persevere programs for the purposes of program improvement, fund development, and satisfying federal reporting requirements. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms, data visualization, and storytelling through data, with a strong commitment to advancing opportunity and equity. This is a full-time, temporary (7 months) salaried position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, reputed company, life and disability insurance, matching 401k and a generous paid time off allowance. This role is also available as a contract opportunity. This position is remote reputed company the US. Compensation for this role is the equivalent of $65k per year or $37,916 for this assignment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage systems to track participant reputed company, employer engagement, and program milestones
• reputed company interactive dashboards and BI reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and external evaluator to define metrics and evaluation frameworks
• Analyze documents to understand reporting expectations
• Coordinate data collection and sharing with multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor the quality of project data and reputed company/adopt a system of ongoing quality control to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards
• Analyze and interpret program data to assess trends, identify gaps, and drive strategic decision-making
• Create visual reports and presentations for stakeholders, funders, and partners
• Contribute to a replicable data model for scaling the work reputed company

• Train staff on data collection procedures and reputed company ongoing support, coaching, and re-training, as needed
• Assist staff with interpreting the results of data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, business intelligence, or a reputed company field
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a nonprofit, workforce, or education setting
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
• Advanced skills in reputed company/reputed company Sheets and experience with CRMs or case management systems
• Strong ability to tell stories through data and present findings to diverse audiences
