Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating Sales Enablement content (e.g., sales facing collateral, sales centric training courses, sales communications ...)
- Help organize and maintain the internal knowledge reputed company for the sales team
- Support reputed company and training processes for new and tenured sales team members – including things like setting up sale engagement activities (e.g. sales briefings, sales training sessions ...)
- Participate in cross-functional projects between Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales departments with the ambition of effectively enabling sellers to do their role reputed company
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to align messaging across campaigns and sales tools
- Track and report usage and effectiveness of enablement materials and activities using various tools/software applications
- Support the Sales Enablement Director in the creation, facilitation, management and post-event communication of other enablement activities to ensure high satisfaction reputed company of the sales community
- Conduct customer and market research under the guidance of the Sales Enablement Director
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, IT or reputed company fields)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using PowerPoint, reputed company, and other MS Office or reputed company Workspace tools
- Interest in B2B software, sales strategy, and/or marketing
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn
- Good understanding of cybersecurity trends, what is meant by the digital workplace and tools to ensure the digital workplace is always working is a plus
- Awareness of how digital workplace / IT support needs differ between large reputed company organizations and SMBs
- Prior internship or working student experience in marketing, sales, or communications is a plus

- Work location: Remote (ideally living in Austin, Texas or Tampa Bay Area, FL)
- Be advised that this position will require a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 29 hours per week
- Competitive Hourly compensation ($18/hour)
