In Office or Remote Data Entry Clerk
reputed company Home Health is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join reputed company as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating patient data into our electronic database in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills and be familiar with medical terminology, as well as possess strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Enter patient demographic and medical information into our electronic database
- Update and maintain patient records as needed
- Review data for accuracy and reputed company necessary corrections
- Communicate with reputed company providers to obtain missing or incorrect information
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of reputed company patient data
- reputed company track of reputed company incoming and outgoing data and maintain a log of completed work
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry, preferably reputed company a medical or reputed company setting
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with medical terminology and knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
Working Conditions: This position can be performed in our office or remotely, depending on the preference of the candidate. If working remotely, the candidate must have a suitable home office setup with reliable internet reputed company. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Benefits:
