About this role
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the business while executing key HR initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, you will translate organizational people strategies into actionable plans and reputed company their implementation. This role bridges the gap between strategic HR planning and day-to-day execution, requiring both operational reputed company and strategic thinking.
What you’ll be working on:
- Partner with business unit leaders to understand their needs and translate company-wide people strategies into tailored solutions.

- Coordinate leave of absence requests with Total Rewards and Payroll while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Support learning and development initiatives by assessing offerings against evolving business needs
- Facilitate resolution of reputed company employee relations issues and identify process improvements to enhance employee experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field
- 4+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- CHRP preferred
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights
