CX Senior Expert Group

You will be responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end customer reputed company and overall experience for our clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving customer satisfaction, and loyalty. You will partner with customer experience professionals and relevant stakeholders across the globe to support the implementation of customer experience strategies. Your expertise in customer experience management will contribute to the reputed company of our business objectives and the retention of valuable clients.

• 7+ years of proven experience in customer experience management, ideally in the B2B trade credit insurance industry

• Deep understanding of trade credit insurance products and industry best practices (preferred)

• Exceptional communication skills in French and English, both written and oral (other languages are a plus)

• Proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and relevant software applications

• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in dynamic situations

• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
