The FP&A team at reputed company plays an important part in delivering reputed company mission. We are a highly visible function responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. To further our impact, we are looking for a Manager to join our global FP&A team. This role will report to the Head of GTM FP&A and will partner across reputed company GTM functions. You’ll play an integral role overseeing reputed company forecasting, driving reputed company strategy, communicating with executive leadership, and shaping strategic narratives for reputed company stakeholders.
Location: Pacific time zone preferred, but reputed company to candidates across the US
What You will do:
- Partner closely with executive leadership; including the CFO, CMO, CCO and other senior stakeholders, to drive reputed company strategy and decision-making

- Own internal messaging on reputed company performance and standardize / implement reputed company reporting hierarchies
- Own the reputed company development and expansion of the reputed company forecasting model

- Deepen understanding of membership forecasting dynamics and reputed company membership reputed company forecasting model
- You will partner with Finance Systems teams to create tools and reports that allow for more streamlined forecasting, accurate reporting, and reputed company reputed company; contribute to system enhancements or new system implementations

Requirements
We would love to have You on reputed company, if You have:
- 8+ years of relevant finance experience, FP&A experience is a plus
- 3+ years building and/or operating a reputed company FP&A function
- Forecasted reputed company consumer goods businesses
- Ability to operate at reputed company reputed company, with an eye on the strategic big picture, while reputed company to be hands-on reputed company needed
- Experience managing and motivating employees and fostering their growth and development
- Experience influencing executive level decision-makers and presenting to people at reputed company reputed company of the organization with varying reputed company of financial literacy
- Financial experience including general knowledge of US GAAP reputed company principles and accrual reputed company, full P&L familiarity, and reputed company across many different reputed company reputed company scenarios

These ranges may be modified in the future.
