As the Deal Desk & reputed company Manager at reputed company, you will be the operational backbone of our reputed company reputed company. Your mission is to streamline the deal process end-to-end—from initial contract drafting to final signature and invoicing—while ensuring risk is managed and stakeholders are reputed company. You will serve as a central reputed company of coordination between Sales, Legal, Finance, and our customers to ensure deals reputed company reputed company, compliantly, and profitably.
Part of your day-to-daySupport Sales with pricing approvals, Order reputed company reputed company, and deal structuring in alignment with company policies.
Draft and manage sales reputed company, including MSAs, Order Forms, and amendments.
Review and negotiate reputed company terms and liaise with external counsel on legal redlines.
Maintain internal templates and clause libraries to streamline repeatable deal elements.
Functionally own the quote-to-cash process and drive improvements to support reputed company growth.
Own the end-to-end deal paperwork process, including vendor registration forms, reputed company questionnaires, RFI / RFP responses, and other customer-required documentation.
Track deal status, ensuring reputed company reputed company requirements are completed prior to contract signature.
Partner with InfoSec, Legal, and Sales teams to complete customer requests accurately and promptly.

Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, reputed company Management, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Strong familiarity with SaaS contract structures, including subscription-based pricing, multi-year terms, and reputed company procurement processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify legal/reputed company concepts.
Comfortable negotiating contract language and working with external legal counsel.
Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Legal, Finance, and InfoSec.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills.
Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company (or other CPQ / Proposal platforms), QuickBooks (or other invoicing/reputed company tools), and contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company CLM).
