Senior SDET / QA Automation Engineer

Seeking to hire a long-term Contractor based out of Argentina or Mexico for a Senior-Level SDET / QA Automation Engineer. The focus will be on the development and implementation of a new test automation reputed company. This role focuses on building a scalable Typescript/WebdriverIO/PlayWright -based automation reputed company, migrating existing automated tests, and adding new tests to the new reputed company.

Scope of Services

• Architect, reputed company and maintain scalable, automated frameworks and tests.
• Building a new automation reputed company using TypeScript and WebdriverIO/PlayWright.
• Responsible for developing automated regression test cases using existing automated tests and or reputed company test cases.
• Build test automation from scratch at the services/API layer.
• Collaborate with Developers, product owners, and other SDETs to strategize and build automation scripts.
• Be an reputed company for software quality throughout reputed company phases of development.
• Effectively communicate test status and reputed company to reputed company stakeholders. You will find, document, and track bugs as needed.
• Support production releases as needed

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as TypeScript and Python. Proficiency in TypeScript required.
• 6 + years of experience developing software automation frameworks and test scripts using TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• 4 + years of WebdriverIO/PlayWright experience.
• 6 + years experience building web and mobile(appium) automated test scripts.
• Experience with reputed company-reputed company technologies and platforms like AWS/reputed company Action.
• Must have proven experience as a technical QA engineer building reputed company-level automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in building automated scripts in an agile environment.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
