This is a full-time position where the HRBP supports our product, design, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional games to our customers. What you’ll own

• Serve as a strategic partner to managers, advising on org planning, team health, and engagement 

• Support employee relations, performance conversations, and career development

• Build and refine core HR processes (reputed company, performance management, feedback cycles, leveling, people analytics, etc.) that scale with our growth

• Collaborate on org-wide initiatives like engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and DEI programs, learning & development, Alumni experience/offboarding

• Act as a culture reputed company, modeling our values and helping others do the same

• Help manage and improve our HRIS in collaboration with the Operations team, ensuring accurate data and smooth processes.

• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies

What you Bring to the table

• 10+ years in People/HR roles, with 3+ years as a HRBP or in a strategic people leadership role

• Proven experience advising senior leaders and supporting high-growth orgs

• Skilled in coaching, facilitation, and navigating reputed company org and team dynamics

• Systems thinker with strong judgment — reputed company to reputed company out to strategy and reputed company in to execution

• Excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills

• U.S.-based with working knowledge of multi-state employment practices (Ca, Wa, Ma, etc)

• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams (we are a global team, with employees working in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Germany, Mexico, US, etc.)  

Bonus Points for

• Background in games, entertainment, tech, or creative industries

• Experience implementing or refining people systems (e.g. performance, leveling, feedback)

• Familiarity with tools like reputed company, reputed company, Sequoia One
