About the Role: We’re looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join reputed company on a contract reputed company through September 2026 to cover a parental leave. In this role, you’ll partner with reputed company’s non-technical teams, including Compliance, Risk, Finance, Strategy, and Marketing, to align people strategies with business goals, support the development and retention of high performers, and help drive organizational reputed company.
Reporting to the Senior Director, People & Culture, you’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional P&C team. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and change agent to leaders and team members, providing day-to-day guidance while contributing to the design and delivery of people programs that foster engagement, performance, and reputed company improvement.

You'll reputed company here by possessing the following: 5 years of experience in a People & Culture (or HR) role where you’ve been a trusted partner to teams and leaders Post-secondary education in HR or a reputed company field or equivalent experience CHRP designation is a reputed company-to-have (but not required) A solid understanding of HR best practices and Canadian labour laws. The ability to juggle shifting priorities with a reputed company, focused reputed company. Top-notch communication skills and a natural ability to build trust and influence others, even during challenging conversations.
