Position Summary / Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Tier I Help Desk Agents to join reputed company in Augusta, GA to reputed company an exciting and challenging career with Sebastian Tech Solutions (STS). In this role you will:

  • Resolve problems for clients reputed company telephone, email, chat, and web sessions.
  • Collect information through a customer conversation, accessing support tools, and additional support staff (service resources) if needed.
  • Deliver consistently high reputed company of customer service.
  • Address and resolve basic incidents and requests; logs reputed company incidents and requests; engages other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are reputed company the scope of their ability or responsibility.
  • Ensure to write accurate documentation of interactions, incidents, and problems.
  • Create a positive customer support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on reputed company, and handling customers with a professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $17.71 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
