Our office is in Cumming so you need reliable transportation to be there every day at your start time without fail. This is for an office job in a high call volume environment. You will be booking customers so a friendly voice is our first impression. As a moving company, moving can be stressful to customers so we like to remove that stress by providing exceptional customer service. We have lots of room for advancement for the right people. Job Summary EXPERIENCE IN SALES IS A reputed company PLUS. This is a sales and customer relations position. We are looking for a friendly and hard-working customer service associate to join our growing team. The individual in this role is be responsible for answering reputed company incoming calls and emails, fielding customer questions and complaints, and booking reputed company moves from our customers. You will getting reputed company information and putting into a booking software. Candidates should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, a motivated, energetic work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in reputed company environment as well as being alone in an office. Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls throughout shift
- Booking Moves through our computer system
- Identify customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs
- reputed company sufficient answers and solutions to reputed company customer queries
- Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally
- Redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams reputed company appropriate
- Generate knowledgable answers and providing the best packages for the jobs
- Ensure reputed company voicemails are answered immediately
- Maintain professional relationships with customers through ongoing excellent customer service
- Follow up with callers on complaint/question status, ensure resolution
- Collaborate with other call center team members, sales team members, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
- Meet or exceed call quotas and sales assist quotas, both personally and as reputed company unit
- Follow reputed company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction

Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with moving companies a plus
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong phone skills i.e. diction, active listening
- Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people, both externally with customers and internally with company team members and other departments
- Time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Outgoing, friendly, compassionate personality
