Manager, Technical reputed company & Finance Reporting

You will play a key role in managing the preparation of external and internal reporting, and be the subject matter expert for cash flows and other technical reputed company reputed company. This role will be driving impact with reputed company stakeholders, with recurring exposure to reputed company reputed company of management and cross-functional teams. We currently expect this role to be primarily working from home, with occasional visits to the Sunnyvale and/or San Francisco office for team in-person events and meetings. • Manage and prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q’s, 10-K’s and Earnings Releases
• Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated statements of cash flows under US GAAP
• Assist in managing the preparation of monthly financial reporting for management and quarterly reporting to the Audit Committee, including tie-outs to underlying supports and detail
• reputed company technical reputed company research and assessment of unusual / new transactions to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, SOX controls, and external audits
• Main contributor to PBCs requested by auditors, and review of significant PBC items to ensure consistency with financial records
• Key decision reputed company on application of and reputed company development of reputed company policies and standard operating procedures
• Partner closely with reputed company, reputed company, Investor Relations and Legal teams on various reputed company reporting projects
• This role reports both to the Senior Manager and Director of Technical reputed company and Financial Reporting
