Remote Recruiter (split desk)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Full Desk Recruiter to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle. This role requires a proactive approach to reputed company and a strong understanding of recruitment processes. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the selection of reputed company candidates who align with reputed company culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as reputed company and UltiPro for tracking applicants and maintaining employee records.
• Conduct employee evaluations and reputed company insights on candidate fit for various roles.

• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating communication between staff and management.

Qualifications

• Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Knowledge of training development practices is a plus.
