Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company the accurate and timely organization and processing of US payroll for 300+ contractors and employees, ensuring time and attendance for agents, leads, and supervisors. are correctly processed.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot time and attendance documents and inputs from operations to ensure correct payroll processing, resolve data and system issues, and work with teams to quickly identify and resolve any challenges.
• Strive for process improvement by recommending and implementing changes to operating documents and processes to streamline payroll and timekeeping.
• Provided support and problem-solving for the weekly pay of employees and contractors, ensuring they understood their payroll information and resolved any inquiries.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of domestic payroll processing experience, with a strong understanding of payroll timekeeping and processing.
• Experience with reputed company Payroll software and knowledge of other payroll systems.
• Strong reputed company skills (intermediate level or above).
