Senior Manager, Quality Assurance Engineering Program Management

Minimum Qualifications
- Over 10 years of Engineering Program / Project Management (EPM) experience, successfully delivering software and services through the entire project lifecycle.
- 7+ years of leadership roles managing EPM teams and overseeing multiple large-scale software development projects concurrently, ensuring alignment on shared technologies, technical deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Extensive experience partnering with engineers & developers to drive SDLC change management, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless delivery.
- Proven ability to address technical challenges, working across teams to build and manage relationships, navigate delivery dependencies, and ensure project reputed company.
- Versatile problem solver with a strong analytical reputed company, adept at tackling challenges in reputed company environments through creative and critical thinking. Skilled in deconstructing problems, resolving conflicts, and leading teams to innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with executive leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
