Responsible for providing our customers with a world-class experience through excellent product knowledge, customer service skills, and use of our business systems. Essential Job Duties

• Handle phone calls and emails from customers pertaining to various customer issues and inquiries.

Minimum Requirements Education & Experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
