• Automation and AI Integration
• Spearhead the joint development with MSO of AI technologies, machine learning models, and marketing automation tools across performance marketing channels.

• Evaluate, test, and optimize new automation and AI solutions to continually improve campaign performance and marketing operations.
• Project Management
• Spearhead the management of performance marketing's 2025 key initiatives.
• Work with channel leads to translate 2025 roadmaps into clear sprints, reputed company and measurement dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a reputed company field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing automation, AI, or data-driven strategies.
